Weekly Tai Chi Beginners class starts Thursday 19th September in Sulby Community Hall from 2 pm to 4pm. costs £6 per session.
A weekly Tai Chi Beginners class starts on Thursday 19th September in the Sulby Community Hall at 2pm, finishing at 4 pm and costing £6 per session. The Hall is just round the corner from the Sulby Glen Hotel, about 100 m down the Jurby Road, on the right hand side. No equipment is required but please wear flat shoes and loose comfortable clothing.
