Alzheimer's Society Information Stand - 21st May, 2025

The Alzheimer's Society will be holding an information stand in the entrance to Nobles hospital.

*Come along and chat to us about anything related to Dementia or memory issues.
*Find out about the help and support available for anyone living with dementia their family and friends.
*Are you worried about your memory but scared to think about dementia? come and chat to us and find out why early support and getting a diagnosis is vital.
*Are you a business, community group that would like to know more about dementia come and chat to us about our dementia friends awareness sessions.
*Come and chat to our friendly team and find out about the wonderful things happening to support dementia.
