The event features a brief history of mining and quarrying in the south of the Island. The exhibition includes information and artefacts from southern mines such as Bradda, Foxdale, Rushen, Colby, and Glen Chass. It also shares stories about the miners themselves, detailing how they lived and worked. The exhibition is free and runs until the 6th of September, open Tuesday to Saturday, welcoming both locals and visitors.

A brief history of mining and quarrying in the south of the Island.

Information and artefacts from southern mines including Bradda, Foxdale, Rushen, Colby and Glen Chass, including stories about the miners themselves, how they lived and worked. The exhibition is free and runs until the 6th September - Tuesday to Saturday from 10 am until 4pm. Locals and visitors all welcome.
