The Restart a Heart campaign aims to educate the public on CPR techniques. More than 70% of people do not know how to administer CPR, and this event presents a chance to watch CPR demonstrations and practice the skill themselves. Attendees can meet the Restart a Heart Team and have their questions answered regarding out of hospital cardiac arrests, with equipment available for practice.

More than 70% of people do not know how to administer CPR, come and meet the Restart a Heart Team to watch CPR demonstrations, opportunity to have a go yourself.
We will be at The Strand Shopping Centre, Saturday 18th October from 10.00-16.00hrs.
