Details
We'll be recycling paper scraps into unique handmade paper sheets, supporting sustainability and experiencing a fun, creative and calming process. You'll leave with at least four sheets of handmade paper, perfect for creating cards, envelopes, invitations and more. When you're ready, return your creation to the earth by planting it in a pot or garden and watching your seeds grow.
All equipment and materials are provided. You're also welcome to bring your own paper scraps such as tissue paper, coloured paper, printer paper offcuts or even leaves and flowers to embed in your custom handmade sheets.
The event is being held in the Manx Museum; there is a lift to the room the event is being held in and there is an access guide here for more detail. The main museum carpark has a small number of spaces and disabled parking in front of the main entrance. Chester Street carpark offers more reliable parking options and is accessible by the footbridge.
