The IOM Creamery Hospice Tour de Farms returns in 2026 with support from the Isle of Man Creamery and Cycle 360. This year's event offers a bigger and better experience with two distinct new cycle routes that traverse varied terrain and picturesque pastures. Participants will enjoy delicious Manx produce at three local farm stops, all in support of Hospice Isle of Man.
